He previously led AgriFin Accelerate in Tanzania and MobiGro in Kenya. Paul now runs Quad Tee Corporation, a project management and consulting firm focused on financial inclusion, digital and innovative finance and climate finance. Clients include Mercy Corps AgriFin, MC Ventures, the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Equity Bank Young Africa Works.
Founder & COO
Rose Kariuki
Rose Kariuki is the founder of Quad Tee Corporation Limited and a seasoned banker with a career spanning over 12 years. She began her career at KCB Limited as a Management Trainee in 2004, where she established a fully functional Internal Communications department serving over 4,000 staff, and later led a team to operationalise the bank’s Corporate Service department before supporting the family venture into the East African region.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Business Administration) from Daystar University, Nairobi, Kenya.
Tracy Neema
Tracy brings expertise in market research, financial inclusion and co-project management. She conducts in-depth market and field research, fosters stakeholder engagement and builds partnerships that advance project objectives. Her experience includes supporting the design and rollout of agriculture and digital finance products for agricultural communities and underserved populations, and the establishment of credit risk guarantee funds.
She also helps manage project monitoring frameworks for transparency and measurable impact. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Business Science in Financial Economics from Strathmore University, Nairobi, Kenya.
Anna Thorne
Anna is Quad Tee’s Reporting and Communications Associate, with several years of experience in the development sector writing reports for organisations such as UNHCR, Oxfam and the Mercury Phoenix Trust. She gathers and collates content from the field to find the story to share with donors and stakeholders, communicating Quad Tee’s business, market position, strategy, performance and prospects.
Anna works alongside the COO on internal and external communications and is passionate about agriculture, especially enabling female farmers to access financial literacy training. She holds a Master of Arts in French from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
Jesse Muraya
Jesse helped develop and deliver Quad Tee’s Platform Economy training programme for FSD Uganda, building a curriculum for over 40 students from the banking, fintech and agritech sectors. He trained participants on two-sided marketplaces, platform business models and platform technologies, and assessed their progress with feedback.
With hands-on experience in entrepreneurship training, business development, digital transformation, operations and finance, Jesse supports startups and established businesses. He holds an MSc in International Financial Services from the University of Buckingham (UK) and is an alumnus of Strathmore Business School (Kenya).
Ronald Musisi
Ronald is an agri-finance expert with experience in commercial banking and the development sector, specialising in agribusiness analysis, direct lending to SMEs and MSMEs, agribusiness relationship management and financing options for agricultural value chains. He served as Portfolio Manager on FCDO’s NUTEC FS and USAID’s APOLUO Activity, leading business development, monitoring and partner relationships with Equity Bank, Centenary Bank and the Microfinance Support Centre Uganda.
He spent 7 years at Centenary Bank and Opportunity Bank Uganda serving farming communities, notably fruit and vegetable farmers in Eastern Uganda, and is passionate about farmer and youth financing.
